At Casa Yanahuara we value and protect your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you visit our site or request a booking, in accordance with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.

Data we collect
When you use the contact form or request a booking, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone and your message or stay dates.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated, anonymous browsing data (page views, device type and referral source).
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your inquiries, manage your booking and stay, and improve our site and services.
The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the lodging relationship you request. We do not use your data for other purposes, nor do we sell it.
Processors and third parties
To run the site we rely on processors: Web3Forms (form delivery), WhatsApp (messaging), Google Maps (map) and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (analytics, only with your consent). If you book through external channels, Booking.com also applies.
Some of these providers may store data outside Peru (international transfer), subject to the safeguards required by law.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Afterwards, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to reservas@casayanahuaravallesagrado.com, attaching proof of identity.
If you believe your request was not addressed, you may contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection (MINJUS).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the current version with its update date.
