These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Casa Yanahuara website and booking requests. By browsing the site or requesting a booking, you accept these terms.

Bookings
Requests made via the site, WhatsApp or email constitute a booking request, not a confirmation. A booking is only finalized when Casa Yanahuara expressly confirms it.
Rates and availability
Rates and availability may vary and are confirmed at the time of booking. Continental breakfast is included; certain extras (for example, eggs) may carry an additional cost.
Payments
Payment terms and methods are communicated when the booking is confirmed. If you book through an external channel (e.g. Booking.com), that channel’s conditions also apply.
Cancellations and no-show
The cancellation policy depends on the rate and date, and is communicated to you upon confirmation. A no-show may incur charges according to that policy.
Check-in, check-out and conduct
Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed. Guests agree to take care of the facilities and respect house rules and the peace of the property.
Liability
Casa Yanahuara is not responsible for services provided by third parties (transport, tours, booking channels). We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Intellectual property
The content, brand, texts and images on the site belong to Casa Yanahuara and may not be reproduced or used without prior authorization.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Cusco, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
